"Karlson Who Lives on the Roof" was really popular when I was growing up. I found this on YouTube, but for some reason it is dubbed in English with Russian subtitles. Dubbed into English by Russian speakers with a heavy accent! Why for the love of God?

It was likely an eager Russian born American who wanted to "pass on the culture" to his children. What a joke!
