The Kulich is risen
So over Passover I was shopping at the local grocery store and the shelves where they normally keep the challah, pita and bagels were full of Kulich and Panettone.
Now that Passover is over, the challah is back. Although the Kulich is still around (until Shavuot, I guess)

Imagine an elderly gnomish woman shrieking "voistinu voskrese, voistinu voskrese" in a fit of rapture.
Dang, better than drugs.
So I feel stupid for asking but what exactly is Kulich?
@Miri, click on the link in the post. This is a full service blog - all unfamiliar terms are conveniently linked to their definitions.
And how have you been?
been ok. i have actually been working on a film project about jewish teenagers in the orthodox community.
actually I was wondering what you'd think of the project. what is your email address? I would like to talk to you about it.
Shavues was a week ago. Time to replace the kulich with something more stomachable.
