Kosher Cinzano?
I understand you can get kosher Cinzano in Israel! How do I get me some in Chicago - I can't afford to ship it from Israel. Grrrr! I can't drink any more Kedem. That stuff is foul - sets my teeth on edge.

I'd have to say get someone in Israel to send a bottle, but my guess is that there is ZERO difference between a bottle sold with the hechsher there and one sold here without other than just to get them sold there, a mashgiach shows up every so often to look at it.
Just being realistic.
