You think the real Moshiach is ever going to come?
Seriously, do you?
It's one of the few things I truly pray for...
Even if G-d hadn't intended for him to come, at this point G-d owes it to us to bring him.
Thats a strange response. Owes it to us why? Because of the shoah? Do you think 6,000,000 dead people are suddenly going to spring back to life because Moshiach comes?
>Thats a strange response
Well, to each his own... I feel a strong connection to my ancestors and the pain and suffering they endured. but it doesn't have anything to do with the Shoah or the dead people. Their experiences are part of my makeup.
The time of Moshiach is supposed to be the time of universal peace, of reconnection with G-d, of G-d revealing Himself openly again. In order to make this happen for me, to wipe away all the negativity that I feel because of our suffering as a nation, G-d would have to bring Moshiach to make the bad stuff go away...
Does that make sense? Kinda hard to write down...
