Crispix brachas

Say you're staring at a bowl of Crispix cereal and you're not sure what bracha to make on it... Star-K to the rescue...

*Recite Mezonos and eat the darker side (rice) first. Then recite Haodama and then eat the lighter side (corn).

Make sure to have NONE of the darker side in your mouth when you recite ha adoma, lest you mispronounce the name. Of course, reciting ha adoma over incomplete crispix is ab initio a brach levatala - becaue the crispixels were WHOLE before the first bracha was recited.

The blessing over medications is probably not borei pri ha adoma, although in mediaeval times it more than likely would have been.
According to the mishna berura 204:42 one must make a bracha over whatever one takes to help swallow the pill. If you have it with juice, shehakol (al pi Berachos 38a juice is considered zeiah be alma, and thus does not require a more specific bracha).
If, however, the juice is more than 50% grape, hagafen.

And, of course, if one were to finish the solids in the bowl of cereal, a third brach over the now excess remaining milk.
Shehakol.
