I used to get really bummed out going on YouTube because there was so much anti-semitism in the comments on many of the Russian/Jewish videos.
But then I was checking out some other videos, and guess what - the hatred is pervasive throughout. I saw Rumanians and Hungarians going at each other on one thread, Macedonians and Bulgarians on another. Russians hating Chechens, Georgians and Armenians. Ukrainians hating Russians.
YouTube is a teeming pile of pure nationalistic hatred. It's quite a scene.

Wait wait wait! You forgot the Moroccans hating the Dutch and Flemish, the Dutch and Flemish saying that Hitler was right, but he should've started with the Moroccans (I'm not making this up!), the Turks saying (in Dutch, German, and very bad English) a pox on all of them, and all of the above agreeing that Americans are inbred scum who should be exterminated (or at least boycotted).
Oh, the Protestants hate the Catholics
And the Catholics hate the Protestants
And the Hindus hate the Moslems
And everybody hates the Jews
Somehow it doesn't shock me that youtube commentators represent the lowest segments of humanity. In a way, it's comforting to know that my own prejudiced assumptions about people who cannot spell are so confirmed.
