I would doubt that the Netherlands would be the first domino. Despite the reputation for tolerance, the Dutch are not now and actually have never been tolerant. It matters little to the average Dutchman what the foreigners in their midst do or think - but the moment that impacts on his own life, he is likely to get his dander up.
Enough updandered Dutchman and violence is sure to result.
I fear more that the Netherlands will have pogroms and kkk type activity than that the Moroccans will take over (and besides, if they tried the Dutch Turks would slaughter them; the Turks in Northwestern Europe are particularly un-fond of Maghrebis).
