Dirt is NOT Chametz!
Barely any time to post, due to insane wife making me clean the whole house before Pesach! She conflates searching for chametz with spring cleaning, and the outcome is me not going to bed till 2am every night till Yom Tov.

Actually the holy halachot of kashering for pesach come down to us from an an ancient scroll first discovered by the Association of Resort Owners and Cruise Ship Directors. Kind of like Mother's Day comes to us as an invention of the greeting card industry. Or I think that's what the gemara says anyway.
PS Some recent teshuvot on kashering computers, from HaRav Issur Gamur, shlita:
After wiping down your keyboard, remember to delete the cookies off your hard drive.
> Macs can be rendered kasher lepesach by libun kal, since they are less likely to have chametzdikah cookies or viruses, while PCs require libun chamor.
> Remember to also set your browser settings to only accept cookies from sites that are kasher lepesach.
