Once again, somewhat belatedly...
Check out Evanston Jew. For one thing, he's probably my neighbor. For another, he is a relly good and thoughtful writer. And thirdly, he was recommended by R' Gil Student, and then kinda unrecommended, so there's a bit of controversy surrounding the blog, which is always good for publicity.

Much thanks for your recommendation. I appreciate your thinking of my blog.I didn't see that I was unrecommended by Rabbi Student. In either event I am happy for my 10 minutes of fame.
Perhaps unrecommended is too strong a term. There was quite a flurry of comments. Gil made a comment saying he didn't realize what some of your posts were saying. That sounded like a bit of backpedaling, although you're right - he did not "unrecommend" you.
